Mr Andrew Lioe

Managing Director-A4 International, A4 Facility & Maintenance, A4 Landscape & Design

Andrew Lioe brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in property management, construction, and entrepreneurship. His career began with Yumin Properties & Management Pte Ltd, where he served as a Property Manager for five years, managing a diverse portfolio of strata-titled developments. His exceptional performance and client-focused approach quickly earned him the trust and confidence of his clients.

Andrew then broadened his technical and project management expertise by joining a local construction firm for two years. He later advanced to managing a building materials company, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills over a three-year period.

In 1996, Andrew founded A4 International, starting with just two small projects. Through his unwavering dedication and leadership, the firm expanded significantly after its privatization in 2002. Today, A4 International manages more than 70 projects, consistently delivering cost-effective solutions for various upgrading and refurbishment initiatives.

Andrew is frequently consulted on matters pertaining to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and the Land Titles (Strata) Act, advising clients and even assisting in collective sales exercises. As the Managing Director, he emphasizes integrity and quality in every facet of the business, instilling these core values within his team and services.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Andrew is actively involved in community service, particularly in elder care. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for St. John's Home for Elderly Persons and contributes to the community as a grassroots leader. Additionally, Andrew is the Secretary of the Association of Strata Managers, where he leads the Educational Sub-Committee to organize CPD courses and seminars for industry professionals.

A passionate advocate for youth and sports, Andrew chairs a local soccer club participating in the National Football League. He is also an ACLP-certified trainer and has been an adjunct lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic for the past five years, teaching the Strata Management course.
