Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employee well-being, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Job Function
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- HR Administration:Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll, and handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits and leave.
- Performance Management:Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development:Assist in planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge: Relevant knowledge of MOM, application of Work permits, S Pass & Employment Pass and HR best practices
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency:Proficient in MS Office, payroll software etc
