M&E Technician
Overview
In this role you will carry out all maintenance of the estate and mechanical and electrical works to ensure that the estate is well maintained and all electrical and equipment are in good working condition.
Job Function
- Carry out maintenance of the Building and all M&E works e.g. Air-conditioning, Lifts, Electromagnetic
- Carry out maintenance of equipment
- Supervise installation / renovation / replacement works on facilities and equipment which are carried out by vendors / contractors and ensures all works are carried out appropriately
