Conduct and chair the MCST AGM or EOGM

The AGM/EOGM must be held on Singapore's mainland.

A representative with expertise in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act will attend on the scheduled AGM date to chair the meeting on behalf of the MCST.

Please note that the fee excludes preparation of AGM documents, distribution of the AGM booklet, technical support, and presentation slides.

The council and management team are responsible for supplying all necessary materials to ensure a smooth meeting. Additionally, a set of the AGM booklet and related materials should be provided to the assigned personnel in advance to prepare for the meeting.
