A4 Facility and Maintenance Pte Ltd (also known as A4FM) deals with cleaning, landscaping, pest control as well as swimming pool cleaning and maintenance. We provide hygiene care services and work closely with all stakeholders to achieve the needs of our clients.

What we do

A4FM provides professional cleaning and maintenance with a focus on hygiene care services to commercial, industrial and residential developments.

Cleaning & Landscaping

With a current team of 35 staff, we have grown in size as well as quality of our work. All our cleaners and landscapers are trained under the WSQ framework and have gone through intensive training to ensure the services rendered to our Clients are of the highest quality. Every member of our team has to adhere to our standard operating procedures in the day to day operations.

Pest Control

As our nation is moving towards an eco-friendly country, our pest control team has switched to using misting system (sometimes called “mosquito misters”) to eradicate mosquitoes. This treatment is more effective than the normal traditional fogging and is gentler to the environment.

Other pest control services include larvaciding / Oiling. Baiting and also rodent control. We also provide treatments for common german cockroaches.

Swimming Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

Our services includes water sampling tests, checking of PH levels and inspections of pump components. We also provide other ad-hoc maintenance services.
